Welcome to Topwater Safari. By using this site, requesting a trip, or buying a print, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Trip bookings

• Submitting the booking form is a request, not a confirmed reservation. A trip is only confirmed once Captain Max replies to arrange the date and any deposit.
• Prices shown are estimates and may vary with party size, season, and trip length. Final pricing is confirmed directly with you.
• Trips run rain or shine in safe conditions. If weather or water conditions are unsafe, we'll work with you to reschedule.
• Fishing and boating involve inherent risks. You agree to follow all safety instructions and applicable laws (including licensing and catch regulations).

Prints & orders

• Print orders are placed through Stripe checkout. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change at any time before purchase.
• Each print is made to order. We currently ship within the United States and Canada; delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees.
• Because prints are produced on demand, returns are limited to items that arrive damaged or defective. If something's wrong with your order, email us within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
• Colors may vary slightly between your screen and the printed material.

Intellectual property

All photography, images, text, and design on this site are owned by Topwater Safari and protected by copyright. Buying a print grants you the print for personal display only — not the right to reproduce, resell, or use the image commercially.

Acceptable use

Don't use the site to break the law, infringe our or others' rights, or interfere with the site's operation or security.

Disclaimers & liability

The site and our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Topwater Safari isn't liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the site, a trip, or a product. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited under applicable law.

Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms; see the effective date above.
